To promote and provide quality higher education among the students of the new generation, both male and female, belonging especially to the locality and its surrounding rural area where the college is/shall be located.
To Conduct Higher Secondary Classes in Arts and Commerce Streams as well as FYUG (Four Year Under Graduate), TDC (Three Year Degree Course) both Arts & Commerce Streams with the permission obtained from the AHSEC (ASSAM HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION COUNCIL) and The Assam University ,Silchar respectively .
The College shall always remain committed to run the institution under the academic supervision of AHSEC & Assam University, Silchar while conducting Higher Secondary, FYUG Course & TDC Classes respectively.
To give quality education to the students in order to empower (specially for women empowerment) them and to make them self-reliant and proud citizens of India.
To work for creating an atmosphere of ethnic harmony among local people since the ethnical composition of the locality is diverse.
To provide, in phases, a wide range of employment oriented vocational courses keeping in mind the demands of the modern age.
To give extra guidance to the college students, in the matters relating to social activities and disaster management to encounter/face the day- to- day problems of the people as well as to effectively work for helping the people in the event of natural calamities.
To impart education and training to the College students in NSS (National Service Scheme), NCC (NATIONAL CADETS CROPS) and Scouts & Guide activities to promote nationalism, discipline and character.
To arrange for extra coaching of poor meritorious students and academically disadvantaged students in order to enhance their capabilities.
Extra coaching facilities shall be provided for skill development of the students.
Admission facilities at concessional rate for the students of BPL category having potentials of self-development.
The institution shall remain indifferent to political affairs and will remain devoted to creation of communal harmony among all communities and castes and will continuously work for creating spirit of cordial a relation amongst different sections of society in order to promote national integration.
